Air transportation is roundtrip from Miami, FL to Mendoza (via Santiago, Chile) / Mendoza to Buenos Aires / Buenos Aires to Miami, FL - Note: For the detailed flight schedule please click on the General Information heading.


Please Note:

  • You are more than welcome to make your own reservations if you can find a better airfare or want to use your frequent flyer points, or you've found a more convenient flight schedule, etc. Please feel free to contact us if you would like guidance or help with your airline reservations.
  • Due to the number of people allowed in many of the wine tasting rooms, space on this tour is limited to 30 people only. If the tour "sells out", we will take names for a waiting list.
  • The tour is based on a minimum of 24 participants.

The Tour Does Not Includes:

  • Argentina Tourist tax of $131.00 USD per person (To be individually paid upon arrival in Argentina)

  • Any items of a personal nature

Tour Reservation & Payment


The following is the booking and payment procedure…


  1. Deposit: Telephone or e-mail us that you want to join us, then forward a deposit in the amount of $500 per person. You will be sent a confirmation once the deposit is received. If you are making your own airline reservations, please wait to book this until we have our minimum of 24 people. We will send you an announcement once the minimum has been met.
  2. Book your airline reservations (see "Booking Your Flights to Argentina Click Here)
  3. Send us your flight itinerary and Traveler Data Sheet by fax, e-mail or snail-mail.
  4. Balance due: by no later than September 2nd, 2010
